Not patient friendly since they moved! The dr. was having a problem getting paid for my daughters visit. After a number of phone calls to our ins. and to the Dr.. We finally got the bill paid. During this I told the Dr.'s secretary that does the scheduling that I broke my foot, I'm out of work and I would be taking over the dental ins. . So 2 months latter without me being told they schedule my daughter for $1000.00 procedure 1 MONTH before it was covered by ins. . No one contacted me to let me know an expensive procedure was coming up. No one let me know it wasn't covered. Nobody cared about the patients circumstances. No one cared about how the bill was going to get paid or what kind of stress it would cause. Out of the blue I get a bill for over $1200.00. I called and the secretary tells me. I'm sorry I screwed up!
About Front Desk: Got a bill for over $1200 it said pay this amount. After hours on the phone with Ins.'s. We found out they were only allowed to bill us $700. They have a new lady that sends out bills for more than you owe almost 2X more. BE CAREFULL!!!!

Dr. Cynthia Mikula is truly a professional who provides pain free, comprehensive, and complete denistry to her patients.
Her treatment plans are fairly priced with superior results.
Although her office on Dover Center Road, across from the Heinen's Store in the Nationwide Insurance building is hard to find, it is well worth the search. If you are unhappy with your current General Dentist, you would be best served to seek this office out!
