I hate going to the dentist because it flares my anxiety up. I had not had dental insurance for 14 years prior to seeing Dr. Richmond. When I went in for my first visit the lady doing my cleaning was very understanding of my anxiety and very kind. She did not make me feel bad for having not been to the dentist etc. I have had one tooth pulled and three fillings by Dr. Richmond and each time he has gone above and beyond to ease my fears, answer any questions, and even calls after pulling a tooth to check on you-not his staff-he calls! He even gives his phone number to contact after hours-which I did in the middle of the night due to dry socket and he called medicine right in for me. I would not see another dentist. He is amazing, as is his staff!

rude, rude ,rude. Customer service is the worst. Called me up and acted like I was a criminal. Will never go there again.

i feel very comfortabel with the staff and Dr. Richmond. He makes the visit worth while going and they call you at home to make sure that your are okay after your procedure.

Dr. Richmond and staff were very personable and used the latest technology and procedures. He really knows his stuff!I had general dental work done. They also are very good with children.

Dr. Richmond did my front crowns, uppers ,fantastic job,his staff couldn't be better. I went in a HOPEFUL CUSTOMER and came out a HAPPY CAMPER. He was very easy,made me feel comfortable,and at ease, my insurance didn't help ,I had to bight the bullet, billing was very good, hygienists is always the best, I even get a new tooth brush and dental floss,front desk always has a beautiful smile. How could any one ask for more.( I'M GOING BACK) RALPH OF NORFOLK
