Dr Yi does amazing work and he sure has had to do some on my smile! I came with a mouthful of crowns and we have had to replace some and add some to implants. He is meticulous in getting it right. I have a happy mouth with no little places that my tongue wants to eject! This is the best dental clinic I have ever been to. It is always a pleasant atmosphere. I travel for an hour each way to get my care from this office because I think it's the best care I can get and the best people.

About Front Desk: I have been very happy with the whole office. Carol does a great job of coordinating the billing of my insurance with the scheduling of my appts. She is amazing and goes "to bat" for me with my insurance companies when needed. I would hate to have to coordinate all of that myself. I feel welcomed like family.

About Hygienist: I have my teeth cleaned 2 times a year (by Neera) and she also is the the BEST. We also have the most wonderful friendly conversations and sometimes its about dental care.

The dentist and the oral hygienist I would highly recommend, but they need someone else to do their billing. The last 4 visits I was over billed. I have complained, without results. They always reimburse me but it is a huge hassle trying to keep track of the difference between what they billed me, what I paid, and what they owe me for over billing.

Dr. Yi was able to avoid giving me a root canal. Two other dentists I had gone to told me I would definitely need one. I hate needles and barely felt them when the Dr was numbing my mouth. My crown is a perfect fit and I am happy with the money I saved by going to see a Dr. Yi. He is honest, wants to make sure his patients get great care, and is one of the best dentists I have ever seen. The front office staff is great and I never have a problem with billing or anything of that nature. My whole family are now patients of Dr. Yi's.

About Hygienist: Hygienists are great!! Gentle, thorough, and when I am finished-my teeth look and feel clean!

Very expensive. Front desk staff not friendly. Acted if my questions were bothering them. (tried to buy product Dr. recommended ended up leaving without product because they said I could look up questions myself on the internet). Dentist serious but not a good bedside manner. Would not go back.
