Dr. Billings and her staff are awesome! They are very up to date with all the computer technology and they have high tech machinery taking measurements of your teeth when having a crown done.
Dr. Billings always takes time out to ask about my life. I would definitely recommend her.

I saw Dr. Billings for a New Patient exam and cleaning. Dr. Billings spent a lot of time with me going over occlusion and my restorative need. I had a filling done and a limited occlusal adjustment done as well as a night guard. All were done very well. The procedures were quick and efficient. The staff was wonderful and very compassionate. I would highly recommend seeing Dr Billings and her staff.
About Front Desk: Doreen helped me with all my appointments she is always cheerful and warm and welcoming.
About Hygienist: The hygienist I saw was Nick. He was great one of the best cleanings I've ever had. He spent one hour with me doing my cleaning and going over my dental history.

Dr. Billings and the staff as amazing! My family and I are very happy with service that we received from her office! Dr. Billings is not only a respectable dentist but she also genuinely cares about her patients. I would highly recommend her to any of my family members and friends.

I have been very happy with this office. However, buyer beware.Their faciltiy charges are more expensive then comparable dentists in the area. They will recommend a "deep clean" verse a regular cleanning which results into almost a $200 bill after insurance (depending on your coverage). Also, if you do not follow the Dr. specific treamtent plan and during their time frame they will recommend that you go to a different office for treatment.
Our problem was th $. My husband lost his job giong from a dual income to a single income is a difficult thing. Dental care was not on the top of my priorty list of bills to pay.
This office did not understand this life change whatso ever. When I could not pay for a service I would not schedule the service which caused this dentist to no longer see my family.
So after going through the inital exams of each of our family member using almost all of our $1500.00 maximum insurance benefit we were told because we cannot following the "treatment plan" that we needed to go to a different dentist.
I have never been so offended and felt taken advantage of.

I was so impressed with Dr. Billings. I had a horrible experience after changing from my dentist of 30 years with another local dentist. Dr. Billings was able to address my concerns and correct the problems that had occurred with the other dentist. I have been very impressed with her knowledge and how personable she is. My daughter is 6 and also enjoys visiting her office to have her teeth cleaned. As much as I do not generally enjoy visiting the dentist - if you have to go I would highly recommend Dr. Billings. She is very thorough and I feel completely comfortable with her taking care of my teeth.

Dr. Billings, saw my kids and she was great. My daughter who up til now has been terrified to go to the dentist, said this was the best time she ever had at the dentist. Very friendly and comfortable.
