The overall dental work is satisfactory for my husband but dealing with his billing staff and receptionist is a complete nightmare. Beware you will spend hundreds of hours making sure your bill is correct and not over billed, never get your questions answered and when they have missed a charge and add it back into the bill and you don't pay right away threaten you with collections.
About Front Desk: Nightmare to deal with especially Deb, rude, incompetent and un professional, I have spent count less hours trying to get correct billing statements only to be threated with no respect, lied to and about and threatned with collections

My husband & I have been patients of Dr. Salema's for a long time. We have always loved the attention we received, and the friendliness, both at the counter and from the technicians. There is a personal interest taken in each patient, and the staff know and recognize most of their patients on a first name basis. I find that very welcoming and attractive. Dr. Salema practices conservative dentistry, which means he isn't always looking for the teeth that he can drill/pull/fix, but wants his patients to have the best in oral health that they can. Education is a HUGE part of the experience. Even after we moved away from Kirkland, we still continue to drive the 1 hour each way to see him, and have been doing this for 10 years!

The Dentist was fine, It is dealing with the receptionist over billing issues that is EXTREMELY painful! I had requested an itemized bill and was told not untill the account was paid in full. Does this make sense?

I was recommended to Dr. Salema by a friend years ago and I have been going back ever since. A great and wonderful doctor and a nice guy too.
