Read Reviews for Dr. David Branch
Dr. Branch has been a part of the Seattle dental community for decades and seems well-respected. He is willing to explain his decisions at length if you want to understand them thoroughly. He has a straightforward personality that might rub some more emotionally sensitive folks the wrong way but personally I appreciate the directness.
Two of his staff (the receptionist and principal assistant) have been with him for I believe around twenty years, making a really solid team. I have been seeing Dr. Branch for only a year or so but the treatment so far has been excellent.

I was a patient of Dr. Branch's for > 20 yrs, only to be intimidated each time I was there. I received a referral from a friend to see Dr. Loshin, and, it was amazing the difference! The education I received in the first 30 mins was more than I had received in all of my time at Dr. Branch's office! I learned that most of dental medicine is preventative, and, that , given the right information about an individual's specific circumstance, choices can be made about what methods are best to treat, and most importantly PREVENT a lot of dental issues.
Perhaps Dr. Branch thought that this was intuitive, i.e., that "people should know how to take care of teeth," yet to have it explained in a non-judgemental and non-condescending fashion was so very eye-opening!
I wanted to post this, since I now know that persons have a choice: they can go to a dentist like Dr. Branch who will see you for a minute, maybe ten, if you are lucky and, all the while he is checking your teeth or doing a procedure, be talking with his assistant or hygenist (over you), about his trip, or new house , or new boat, etc., OR you can go to a dental medicine physician, who enjoys his career and cares enough about his patients to teach then how to help themselves!
