He is very nice and very gentle and is very good at doing simple things - even goes out of his way to check on you. But if you need root canal or more extensive work go see someone else.

Front desk and billing personnel are great (I'm not covered in a plan, so can't comment on their connection to the great insurance racket). Hogan is thorough, very smart and convincing. He knows how to explain and he listens carefully. I've never had any problem with any procedure, although can't say I've required anything too fancy. THIS GUY is EXTREMELY alert and focuses and friendly at the same time. Can't say enough.
I don't have any fear of dentistry, so can't comment about "pain" or "comfort". He seems quite good at delivering anaesthetics: that's all that counts.
I won't go to anyone else... no shopping around for me.
About Hygienist: They lost a woman who cleaned old-fashion style... really got in there with the pick. But still have one who is almost entirely old-fashion. Just ask for the one who does not rely on the lazy automated vibratory tool. I've had that procedure, and the teeth and gums DO NOT feel satisfied. Just ASK them, and they will accommodate.
