Root canal refused to do crown unsure why probably lack of insurance coverage. Also refused to give cost of crown without insurance.

I have worked with Dr. Loe for 7 years and have always found her to strive for excellent results. She takes a lot of pride in her work and her patients.

In 20 - 25 years I have been treated by perhaps 6 dentists ... Dr. Loe definitely has provided the most satisfying results. She does not push purely cosmetic work when it is not wanted, pain management is great, and she is dedicated to top-notch results. I work in an office where several people strongly recommended her, and since I've gone to her office, a number of others have also started getting their dental work done in Dr. Loe's office.

Dr. Loe and her assistants Melanie and Shilo are the most caring and professionally capable dental group I've ever gone to. Whenever I need dental work making an appointment is a pleasure - like I'm the most important person at that moment. Everything is explained up front to let me know what to expect and the results are always excellent.
If I sound effusive it's because I am and feel everyone else should know.
My last encounter was a perfect example: another doctor (in Southern California) had pulled 2 teeth and then told me I'd need 3 implants which they would insert after building up the bone mass. I questioned whether this procedure was working and Dr. Loe referred me to a Dr. Farhat. After reviewing the x-rays he determined that the bone seeding was not "taking" in one portion of the jaw. He did an augmentation and that corrected the problem. In short, Dr. Loe was "on it" and that's all one can ask for.
2 months later the first (of only 2, not 3) implant was made by Dr. Loe. Her assistant, Melanie, was an absolute plus during the procedure, putting me quite at ease. Further she said that now that we had a new tooth we'll need a new bleaching tray which she promptly sent to me. That is what I call "Great Service".

I have gone to Dr. Loe for 12 years and will continue to do so even though I now live in Gig Harbor. She has always done a great job and has always had very good people working for her. I have never had to wait to get in also. If your appt. is for 10:00 am, you go in at 10:00 am.

Carol Low runs a very professional, relaxing, low key highly professional operation in a very peaceful atmosphere. They even pay parking, in-town Seattle. Her staff people are kind, efficient, and as well equipped as one can get. Beautiful view from the chair! While I only received a checkup and cleaning (1st visit), she identified that I do not need more work.at this time. That's good news, and cost effective!
