Thomas McKenny has always been a great dentist and the assistants are very conscious of my tooth sensitivity. I've only had cleanings, never had any work done.

I've had considerable work done on my mouth throughout my lifetime and this was the worst! I saw this dentist cause he was a dentist that my full time dentist had brought in to practice with him and eventually take over the practice so my dentist could retire. I figured he had been hand picked and would be as good as my regular dentist. Dr. McKenny did a crown procedure on a tooth that had a hairline crack. He hit a major nerve when administering the novocaine causing me red hot excrutiating pain. During the drilling I noticed his hands shaking. Shortly after that he hit my tongue with the drill and took off a part of my tongue, saying 'oops'. My temporary crown never fit right and caused me constant pain and discomfort during the Christmas holidays. He said my tooth was dying and that I needed a root canal. When I got the final crown on all the pain went away and I've never had to have a root canal. He never apologized to me about any of this. The apology I received was from my regular dentist. I would not recommend Dr. McKenny to anyone!!!

Conservative treaments. He is a dentist who seems to like being a dentist.
