Dr. Terlet is not only an exceptional dentist but her practice is as bright and friendly as her staff. Knowing that she serves low income patiens at La Clinica de la Raza and also teaches dental students makes her even more outstanding. She is a very interesting person, speaks several languages and has traveled the world. My family and I feel cared for in the most excellent way.
About Hygienist: The hygenists in Dr. Terlet's office are doing great work that is always inspected by a dentist afterwards.

Fantastic office, never belittled my deep terror of dentists, generous with the nitrous, pain free, great chair side manner.
Highly recommended.
About Hygienist: I encountered 3 hygienists who assisted the doc, and cleaned my teeth. All three were excellent, patient with me and my fears, and very gentle. Don't remember their names.

Dr. Terlet is friendly and gave me a very thorough examination, this being my first visit. In fact, I've never been examined as thoroughly before. She actually did the dental cleaning herself, which is unheard of. Her office has huge windows with breathtaking views of the trees around Alta Bates Hospital.

She is an awesome, kind person. So is her associate Dr. Aziz. Definitely worth it, esp. since they take my dental insurance.

Great practice. Front office staff are helpful, friendly, sharp. Dr. Terlet is sensitive, thoughtful, conscientious with hygiene and care. I am a long-term patient and highly recommend this dentist.

Excellent knowledge, ethics (helps to run a dental clinic for minorities in addition to being a top-notch dentist), engaging, relaxed manner, very accurate analysis and excellent work. Prices are in the middle range, quite reasonable. Filled several teeth, root canal, and installed crown. Is working with my periodontist to complete implants.

Dr. Terlet is extremely friendly, skilled, and experienced. She's great with kids, and her office is equipped with televisions to make it easier for them. She also lets little children sit on the laps of their parents to make them field even more comfortable while she works on them. She's very understanding of the needs of little children. For adults, she's very fast, knowledgeable, and effective. I don't know about her costs because my health insurance covers everything. Her office is comfortable. Her staff is pretty friendly too.
