Dr. Polyakov is an amazing and highly experienced and caring doctor. He did my husband's wisdom teeth extraction without a hitch. 2 wisdom teeth pulled and very minor swelling. Dr. called several times to check on my husband.
The office is modern and ultra high tech. The staff is warm, friendly, knowledgeable and well-trained. The cost is reasonable. The location across from Neiman Marcus is perfect!!!
PS. My husband liked the bedside manner and the DR. even gave him some great tips on wine and cooking!!!

Absolutely phenomenal staff, gorgeous modern office, and a fantastic job on my extraction. I felt very comfortable there, and will be going back for more work soon. I even got a phone call a few hours later from Dr. Polyakov to check on how i was feeling, which I've never had a dentist do.

Dr. Polyakov is the greatest at what he does! He has the implant treatment down to a science, and the most amazing and caring staff!! I have been a patient of Dr. Polyakov's since 2002. When I came to him I was very afraid of dentists, and never took proper care of my teeth-- and ultimately was dreading fixing a long procrastinated implant treatment. From the first call to his office, I was reassured everything would be alright. The consultation was in depth and offered many options. We made a treatment plan perfect for my needs and wants. After leaving the Dr., I was actually excited about my new smile to come!!! Surgery day was like a "walk in the park". So quick, pain free, and comfortable. I then later returned (earlier this year) for my 9th implant placement. I know in his office, I am well taken care of. I would highly recomend Dr. P's services to anyone looking for great treatment w/ great care.

Took great care of me when I needed to remove my wisdom teeth. I was very nervous, but the staff and the doctor put me at ease and made a scary proceedure almost pleasant

THE WORST DENTIST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. He extracted my wisdom teeth. Going in, I was nervous, only to be greeted by bitchy nurses and receptionists who were completely disorganized. He came in, shoved my x-ray on the lightbox then shook his head and told me how impacted my teeth were. I wasn't in pain, but my regular dentist wanted them out. The Dr. jerked my head back and poked at my teeth, down into my gums - made me watch this with a mirror. I said, "owe." He did not stop, but rather said, "see. They're bad." He continued and I started crying. I was embarrassed but completely overwhelmed by the situation. He said as coldly as possible, "why are you crying?" and stormed out of the room. No one offered me a tissue or even spoke to me. I shook in the operating chair waiting to be put under and forced a nurse to talk to me. They finally got started. The next thing I knew, I was huddled over, grasping onto my boyfriend with my eyes jammed shut and I was sobbing loudly. I had had an anxiety attack and had been conscious for 30 minutes without knowing it, stuck in a back room with the washer/dryer and oxygen tanks. I was bedridden for five days and still have pain a month later.
