I have known Dr. Chan for many years. He has always been most personable, provided exceptional pain free care and is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. The office staff is always friendly and supportive. I can only assume that the negative comment comes from a jealous, unskilled competitor. Kudos to Dr. Chan and his staff.

Dr. Gary Chan is not only one of the best oral surgeons around, he is one of the nicest, most understanding, committed, and intelligent people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He has a beautiful office near gorgeous downtown Redlands, CA and has filled it with great staff to adequately assisted him to take take care of all your oral needs. I am a 23 year old male and Dr. Chan has performed 2 oral surgeries on me in the last 18 months. Both times i was very impressed with both him and his staff. The anesthesia was applied correctly and I had a very fast recovery time and virtually no post-op pain due to the follow up appointments that he scheduled for me. Whenever I visit his office I know I am in excellent hands. I will be going back because Dr. Gary Chan is the ONLY person I trust to complete the oral work that I still need. Trust me, one visit to his office and you will be sold!!!!! Thank you so much for everything Dr. Chan!!! Keep up the great work!!!!!!!!

Very expensive. Dr. Is very rude and short tempered. Heard him yell at his staff in front of me. Office not very clean.
