Dr. Spagnoli did jaw surgery to correct my open bite. I had orthodontics when I was a child but they were not a permanent solution to correcting the problem. I had braces again for two years and had the jaw surgery about a year after getting the braces on. It was well worth it and Dr. Spagnoli is an excellent doctor with a great bedside manner.

Dr. Spagnoli did a total joint replacement in my left TMJ. One night in the hospital, no pain and a joint that is better than new. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He made a very frightening surgery like a walk in the park. I wish all my doctors were as nice and easy to work with as Dr. Spagnoli.

Dr. Spagnoli did oral surgery for my son. His lower jaw never grew and he had a massive overbite that couldn't be corrected thru orthodontics. Dr. Spagnoli took his time and explained everything in a way that we could understand. He helped us get the insurance approved which took forever with the company I'm with. When the two surgeries were completed my son looked like a new person. Dr. Spagnoli implanted osteogenic distracters in his bone to help grow his lower jaw and it was amazing. I can't thank him enough.
