I went here for a wisdom tooth extraction and i think he accidentally sewed my cheek to my gum. Will have to go back and have him look at the stitches.

went for #15 tooth extraction 2week ago but still bleeds. after 1week went fir removal of stitches I said it is still bleeding and asked if adjacent tooth is damaged by him? but he denied and asked me to do gargle with salt water.
after 2 weeks still I bleed and I tried to feel my last tooth and see tooth # 16 (adjacent tooth) got damaged and blood is coming from it.

I was treated twice for the same tooth and the same problem kept coming bck. Now it's back for the third time and now my tooth needs to be extracted but I'm not running to him.
About Front Desk: The staff is so very rude. I've never been treated like that by anyone. They treat each other poorly and they treat the patients just as rude. If I were any of the dentist working in that office I would fire them all.

I needed a sinus lift in order to get implants on the upper rhs, and had very little bone left so it was not an easy task and I was nervous about the long term consequences if it was not done right. After consulting a few other dentists who did sinus lifts, much research on the procedure itself, and positive feedback from my restorative dentist and brother who had implant and other work done by Dr Stein, I decided to go with Dr. Stein. I liked his approach, he has a lot of experience, he’s very honest and direct, was very patient and understanding about my questions, conscientious and his price was very reasonable. So far I couldn’t be happier with the sinus lift expertly and carefully done on 6/12/13. I had very little pain, and Dr Stein and his staff couldn’t have been nicer starting from my initial inquiries, further inquiries, making appt, surgery, followup patiently addressing all my questions and concerns, explaining in detail the procedure showing me on the xray/cbct, etc. I felt confident he did the best possible job and was capable of dealing with any possible complications. Special mention also goes to his surgical asst Therese as well as his assistants Maria and Noelle, and Marabella and Audwin at the front desk. I also saw Dr Stein with a few other patients and he seemed to be very decent with them too. The office has someone covering Saturdays in the event issues arise. I called in with a concern 6/15 which Dr Stein’s associate Dr Blank was able to succinctly address, and turned out to be a non-issue. It was nice not having to worry about it all wkend. Dr Stein seems to have done an excellent job, and I highly recommend him and his staff based on my own experience and observation of their interactions with other patients the times I was there.

Horrendous. That's an understatement. The dentist performed an extraction without a suction machine and when I asked to spit, they the nurse told me to swallow the blood and saliva since it was mine. I was so shaken that I could not move out of the chair when it was over. The nurse yelled saying, "are you stupid?! We are done and need the room". When I left, I went to pay at the front desk and the women were all laughing and berating patients out loud. It was unreal! Do not go to this dentist!

Dr. Stein treated me for all my implants , everyone was a complete success. The compasion and care that I was given was wonderful. That evening Dr. Stein himself called to check on me and the next day the office called. My experience was a pleasant one. The office was extremely clean and professional. My general dentist referred Dr. Stein to me and since than I have referred my whole office.

I went there for oral surgery. This facility was recommended by my dentist however, since it was my first time I checked the reviews. Most were very negative and I almost cancelled but the infection couldn't wait and had to be treated. That particular day, the staff was helpful and polite. The dentist Dr Stein was pleasant. professional and patient. He explained the procedure to me step by step and was relatively painless.
I'm sure some people may have had problems but MY experience was quick and pleasant. I went for a follow up a week later to remove the sutures and again things went very well. For me it was a positive experience.

Dr. Stein extracted one tooth and performed two dental implants. He has the most up to date equipment especially the 3D technology used for the implants. The implants were performed in one session which took less than an hour.The treatments were very successful and pain free with almost no pain during the post treatment periods. I would highly recommend Dr Stein.
