I had my wisdom teeth extracted last Tuesday. I could not have asked for anything better. The nurses made me feel very comfortable and at ease as well as Dr.Horne. I didn't feel very much anxiety and before I knew it I was awake and the surgery was done. I have had no complications. I highly recommend this oral surgeon! You will not be disappointed!

I work for an orthodontic office in the Austin area and had my pick of all the best oral surgeons in town, and I chose Dr. Horne and his staff and was impressed far beyond even my own expectations!
The day of my surgery, to have all four wisdom teeth extracted, Dr. Horne and his staff were extremely friendly and helped ease all my anxiety. The room I was in had huge bay windows so I could see outside, and the interior of his office was warm and comfortable. The chair I was in felt more like a Lazy-Boy than a surgical chair.
Dr. Horne came in to say "Hi!" prior to starting, and was the one administering the anesthesia. Without any recollection I was asleep and awake again with a gauze filled mouth ready to go home!
Recovery was fast, and I experienced very little discomfort, and as a bonus Dr. Horne's nurse told my fiance that I needed a milkshake on the way home...Who doesn't love that? Dr. Horne and his staff are above the rest-Enjoy them!

My son was nervous before his procedure. We travel 100 miles out to be seen by Mr. Horne. My son was told he needed to go back for a second procedure by his dentist and right away he told me he only wanted to go back to Mr. Horne. He said Mr. Horne made him feel very relaxed and at ease. He said he wasn't scared at all. Thank you Mr. Horne and thanks to all who assist you in making your facility a great one!

Dr. Horne is really nice, very comfortable to be around. All of the rooms I have been in have windows, which really helps relax you. I had my wisdom teeth taken out and it took less than an hour and I'm very happy with the outcome. The office was very clean and everyone was professional.

Dr. Horne places you at ease during the entire processes. He personal administered the seditave to put me under. When I woke up the extractions were done and I was able to go back to a normal life even though I had all of my top teath removed. Follow-up visits were reassuring and effective. Thank you Dr. Horne.

I don't know enough about what is normal or not normal. Ielected to be awake; my wife always elects to be put asleep but it usually costs several hundred extra$'s for that so I went the ceap pway. My only complaint was that when he was removing my tooth it broke. So when he got a hold of it again
he had the hardest time removing it. As he twisted back and forth for what seemed like years. (It was about 15 minutes). My jaw felt like it was about break thank god it finally came out. My jaw was sore for a month, and now I have a clicking in my jaw that I never had before. Maybe this is normal but it was my experience there. I will be going back but due to the distance from my house and previous experience I doubt I would except it is the only place my dentist can refer me due to my Inusrance.
