Dr. Bates is a terrific doctor. In a free consultation, he took a great deal of time exploring possible sources of my problems. Once I signed-on, he used very advanced, but low radiation, 3D scans for my diagnosis. Then, we had another consultation so he could explain his strategy for my treatment. His office is soothing and comforting. His staff is friendly and effecient. When Dr. Bates was out of town at a dentists meeting ( I was told well in advance) I was seen by the other dentist in his practice, Dr. Maxwell (he was also terrific). I am very satisfied with all aspects of the care I am getting from this doctor and would recommend him highly.
