He has lots of experience and I have no doubt in his knowledge and skills. However, I have major issues with the administrative staff. They've lost patient information causing me to reschedule appt, advised me incorrectly on insurance costing me out-of-pocket $$, miscommunications within their office, pressuring/rushing me to have services performed when I really didn't want to at the time, misplacing records, making erroneous charges. It was ONE BIG HEADACHE dealing with them.
