Our son has just started going for orthodontics, and I can say, not impressed with how he personally communicates to my child. My kid left the second appointment in tears due to his rude communications to my child. My wife was taken back at his insulting manor toward his staff in front of patients, especially new patients. He needs to either retire or stick to adults...definitely needs to take a lesson in customer service.
About Front Desk: Front desk staff was very understanding and aware of MANY complaints to his angry demeanor toward children.
