Dr. Jerald Elrod is compassionate, interested in you as a person, careful to explain what he plans to do. His assistants are cheerful, professional, and skilled. Dr. Elrod wanted me to be satisfied, and worked toward that successfully. The entire atmosphere at his waiting room and treatment area seems charged with excitement and friendliness.
