my parents made the mistake of sending all three of their children to kadar. their number one priority is taking money out of your pockets by lengthening the time you have with braces and insisting upon unnecessary procedures. my sister is a junior in high school and has had braces since she was in the third grade (only on the top teeth though - god forbid they risk losing money by putting them on the bottom too!). the orthodontist himself is a creepy man with awful breath and the large majority of nurses and staff seem to share these feelings.
