I was referred to Dr. Kess by my regular dentist, whom I normally trust.
I was very disappointed to realize that the treatment wasn't going very well, but every time I mentioned a problem to Dr. Kess, he acted like I didn't know what I was talking about, and pretty much blew it off without fixing anything.
I regret paying this man over $5000 for this treatment, I feel taken advantage of and since you have to pay up front, it doesn't appear as though he has any reason to fix any of the problems I am having. I'm stressed out every time I have to waste an hour to go out there, hoping this time he might take my concerns seriously. I had braces on for 2 years, and I've had the retainer for 1 year - however the original promises I was told when I paid have still not been fulfilled.
The staff was great, but as for Dr. Kess himself and the treatment, I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
