Im afraid of dentist and I didnt want my kids to be the same way so I took them to Dr Heidi thinking they would have nothing but positive experiences. Well the first time we went everything was ok. My son had a "dead" tooth and I wanted to get it pulled since it was a baby tooth after all. Well Dr Heidi's brother convinced me to get a baby root canal because pulling his tooth would cause damage to his speech "allegedly". We get the rooth canal and crown and everything looks ok, we go back 6 months later and the same Dr says "mom it doesnt look like the crown is working, I say we pull the tooth." Pull the freaking tooth!!! What happened to the speech problems?!? I told the Dr no way, I paid $200 for that crown and it's gonna stay in until it falls out. Well fast forward to a few weeks ago, the office called to schedule the 6 month checkup. There hours are not very working parent friendly so I requested the day off all for these fools to call me and change the time and then call me back to cancel the appointment all together because the Dr wasn't going to make it in. This was the day before and I had already requested the day off. I asked if they had emergency services because my sons tooth (crown) was loose and hurting and the answ
