I took my son for his first dental visit, It was the worst experience of my life. No compassion or bedside manner. She was rude to me. She had my 3 yr old crying and screaming for 45 minutes while I waited in the waiting room in tears. She would not let me in the room. I will NEVER AGAIN go back. This has traumatized me and my son for life. DON'T take your kids here, you will regret it as I did.
