License REVOKED. Based on the findings of an extensive investigation, The Maryland State Board of Dental Examiners has revoked Dr. Alalouf's license. This is not a case of jealousy or witch-hunting. I wish it were. Sadly, and scarily, this is a case of a guy with a great bedside manner and a great office, who is also an unethical con-artist. Dr. Alalouf was found to be drilling "cavities" that didn't exist, in patient after patient, and giving general anesthesia to children who didn't need it. He was also found guilty of insurance fraud. This was an investigation conducted by neutral authorities, that cost them lots of time and money that they would rather have not spent. Sad case.
