I left this dentist a few years ago. My family felt his chair-side manner was abrupt and judgmental. I had an incident where a crown was not seated correctly and he blamed me for it. It was both costly and painful to correct.
The office stopped their relationship with my insurance which I was unaware of and our out of pocket fees became way out of reach for us. My kids HATED going to him and my spouse was not thrilled with him either.
He had told each one of us that there were issues he was 'watching' in our teeth but our current dentist cannot determine what he could have been talking about.
3 years later, I am having to have Dr. Ngai's work redone.
