Dentist's offices I've been to in many countries around the world treat patients politely, with a sense of professionalism and respect. Not this one. A business needs to be aware that their face to the world starts at the front line which is the reception. I arrived promptly at my appointment yet I was ignored for 10 min. by the older lady who was talking to a friend on the phone. That was already a bad introduction that makes a new visitor feel uneasy. Also, as part of filling out the form they were asking for my driver license number, social security number and my full credit card info. This is a total violation of my privacy and asking way too much. I'm not even sure if it's legal. Do they really have iron-clad security on their office computers that I can trust will not be broken into by hackers or their offices be burglarized? I walked out of there very upset and disappointed by the nasty unprofessional treatment I received and the total waste of my time.
