Due to errors by their front office staff, numerous procedures were not covered by insurance or the claims were filed incorrectly. I've been trying to resolve these over the last year, as I shouldn't have had to pay a cent, and yet there's a bill for $1K that they're sending me. The business manager is awful. He doesn't return phone calls, promises to look into a billing issue and never follows up, and is just a generally incompetent business person.
Stay away!
