Do not go to this dentist...
I returned again and again and after the fourth visit he was able to get a type of "crown" done and it's the wrong color and sensitive to pressure.
He ran up my limit on my insurance without telling me and then stuck me with a bill. First time that has happened in my entire life! I am very disappointed!
Time to find a new dentist...
