My 4 year old daughter had a HORRIFIC experience at this practice. She was nervous about going to the dentist, but instead of treating her with understanding and compassion, they lied to her (told her to stop crying because there was a sleeping baby in the other room) and threatened her (told her if she didn't calm down, they would make mommy leave, which just made matters worse!!) She has a strong gag reflex, so I asked them to give her frequent breaks from cleaning. They refused, saying they didn't have time, and so she vomited. When I complained to the office manager about how the hygenist treated my daughter, she informed me that the hygenist had been following their office policies on how to treat reluctant kids. Needless to say, my daughter did not want to see a dentist ever again. In fact, its now 4 years later and she still talks about that "bad dentist" -- to her he is the epitome of evil. We switched to Dr. Nelson in Arlington, who is gentle and patient. Now both of my children actually look forward to going.
