Very detailed explanations about the procedure. He seemed confident and experienced despite the fact he only recently completed his degree and residency. I felt no pain during the surgery (was asleep), and little pain afterwards (didn't take much of the pain killer). Cost was a bit high.
They provided thorough directions for after-surgery care, but really lacked pre-surgery instructions. Nevertheless, everyone there were very helpful and nice, and the experience was better I thought it would be.
