Dr o'connor's staff ( read that his wife, who did not identify herself) not only evaded, saying Dr O'Connor would be traveling& refused to say how long (what? A world tour?) not only did not make an appt 4 me, but proceeded to demand the names of my former DDSs, saying she would " call & bridge/ work w/ a previous dentist whom I respected. She demanded humiliating & unnecassary confirmation from my internist that my teeth were bad. This would have been made crystal clear if I had been given an appt. NO ONE should be subjected to the unnecessary & humiliating shake down, unnecessary, & frankly totally unprofessional behavior by a member of his staff, much less his insecure, meanspitrited bitch he calls his wife. Worst human being on earth , if you can call her human. STAY AWAY from this sadistic, lying woman & remember Dr O'Connor married this harpie.

About Front Desk: Read above . Worst person I've ever had the misfortune to speak to on the telephone. I did not have the displeasure of meeting this troll. BEWARE!!!!!??????????????
