What a wonderful staff! They have always been so courteous and helpful and more than patient of my children who have a slight fear of the dentist. Dr. Raymond himself is very personable and helps to make the kids feel comfortable and at ease.
General appointments are all in one open room. There's a playmat and toys as well as Disney movies usually playing. The kids put on sunglasses to block out the overhead light while the doctor or hygenist do their work.
Careful attention is given to clearly explain to the child what is going on so there are no surprises. Children are offered their choice of flavor for flouride treatments.
The only reason I hesitated to give 4 stars on the cost is because I don't really know. My insurance usually covers the routine stuff.
