I have read the other two reviews for Dr Luban's office and can say that I have never had anything but good visits. The staff was always nice and courteous. All too often you will hear of only the negative experiences.
I've visited Dr. Luban for 5 years now and have always had good service. I have never noticed dirty/smelly equipment or saw anything that represented unsanitary conditions. Additionally, I feel that his prices are reasonable and I feel that the staff has never tried to sell me unnecessary procedures. Dr. Luban's staff fitted me for a crown that has peformed flawlessly for the last 4 years. I have recommended Dr. Luban to a number of people.
