I'm from out of town and was in Boca Raton on business for a couple of weeks. I work for a Fortune 500 company and cover most of North America in my business travels, so my experience with Professional and unprofessional individuals is extensive. My tooth became damaged and I needed a root canal. I contacted Dr. Shapiro's office on a Friday morning and asked if they could please work me in. I explained that I was from out of town and did not know any dentist in the area- but was in pain and did not want to go through the weekend this way. Dr. Shapiro’s professional staff worked with me and - it was the best overall visit/experience I have ever had with any Dentist in my 54 years on this earth. From the extremely helpful receptionist to the dental hygienist and especially the professionalism of Dr. Shapiro, they turned an unpleasant and stressful experience (root canal) into the very best experience it could possibly be. For the record there is a professional, courteous and compassionate Dental Specialist in South Florida – his name is Dr. Jordan Shapiro and I highly recommend him for any dental needs you may have.
