I honestly don't know how long I've known Dr. Higgins, but it has been a number of years as a friend. As a patient, he has been my dentist for over 7 years and, I must say, he is the very best at what he does. I have not lived in Houston for 6 years now but, even if it means driving 5 hours, I ONLY go to Dr. Higgins!!
