Dr. Farmer had been my dentist for the past two years. When I showed up to a recent appt., I discovered that I had been "sold" along with the practice at Dental Arts Plano. No one at the office was the same. No one mentioned it on the phone when I made the appt. The respectable thing would have been to send a letter advising patients that the Farmers were leaving the practice. This is an indication of the character of this dentist. It was an uncomfortable situation to go in with a problem tooth to see a stranger instead of the person upon whom I was relying for consistent dental care. This behavior shows a lack of concern for patients. This is not the type of person to whom I want to trust the dental health of my family.
