Overall I would recommend.
Receptionist / phones - very good, proactive about managing conflicts and emergencies. Facilities - normal. Shared space for several dentists (each has their own insurance coverage).
Service Provided - day 1 - consultation, next day - root canal (my first). It's only been a day, but it seems very good. Took about an hour. No pain during the injection or procedure...minimal pain now (kind of like a normal headache). Prescribed 2 pain killers (although Advil would probably work for me).
Dr Bui is nice, very efficient. Maybe almost too efficient...in and out. However, not completely impersonal. He answered all my questions weighing the risks 4 days before leaving for Europe. A little sports chat while waiting for the novocain to take effect.
Billing - minor mix up. They charged me a $250 co-pay, when I am 100% covered. Apparently, it is extremely rare to be 100% covered and to be fair, I didn't realize I was 100% covered either but it could be a scam to 'double dip'. To get reimbursed I will need to send Dr. Bui's office my explanation of benefits. (I call it 'stupid tax' I was stupid not to question the co-pay on the spot, now I have to deal with the headache of getting my money back.)
