Norman Chang is a great dentist. I have every confidence in his work (He's performed a couple of crowns for me.) He is affable and enjoyable to chat with.
I expect that his office is much more friendly if you are a Chinese speaker. I feel like the rest of the office is not particularly friendly to me. They're not rude or difficult, but I don't feel particularly welcome.
