Dr. Hsu and her professional staff are like a dream. They made the proverbial horror trip to the dentist seem like a Sunday drive. Dr. Hsu, who is a very comforting and genuinely sweet person, eased not only my anxieties, but also comforted my 9 year old daughter and made her overcome her lifelong phobia of teeth examinations.
The staff at Las Colinas was also very professional and warm. Unlike most sterile medical lobbies, they were very inviting and attentive from the moment we arrived, through the documentation process, and reassured us all the way to the examination chair. In fact, one of the nice ladies even entertained my daughter while I was getting my examination. That's what I call above and beyond the call of duty!
Fearing the worst, my deep cleaning was as pain free as I've ever had, and Dr. Hsu's gentle hands made sure that procedure was done in a timely and efficient manner. I watched as her soft voice soothed my daughter's fears, and elicited a compliance in her that I seldom see from my own orders!
In short, I would recommend Dr. Hsu and the Las Colinas Peridontics personnel to anyone and everyone. They have customers for life with us!
