I’ve been seeing this dentist for more than 5 years and this place has always been, and still is, AWFUL!
I recently cancelled my appointment without the requisite 24 hour notice because I had the FLU! The receptionist/office manager was incredibly rude and condescending (in fact, she’s nearly always rude and condescending). To add insult to injury, she slammed the phone in my ear (not the 1st time she’s done that either). I simply didn’t want to infect the entire office with the flu and she acted like she was doing me a favor by not charging me for a missed appointment.
Lastly, unless you have an appointment 1st thing in the morning, the wait times are HORRIBLE…every single time!
I’ve kept going for more visits because the hygienist is awesome but after using this dentist for more than 5 years I’m looking elsewhere for oral care.
