Very pleasant and professional. Facilities are a little less modern than most, but hygienists and dentists were very caring, knowledgeable, and gentle. I had one small billing problem where a procedure was done that wasn't fully covered by my insurance, yet I wasn't notified ahead of time. Aside from that, my experience with Dr. Nakamitsu and his staff was generally positive.
