2/8/7, I had a very bad experience with Dr. Q, who works for Dr. Yamani. Among other incidences, in the middle of filling my tooth, he said something to the effect of, "Oh, no!", told me, "Don't close your mouth for anything," and ran out of the room calling a name like, "Larry! Larry!" When he returned, he did not offer an explaination. When he finished the filling, he failed to do the impressions on the paper to check the height of the filling. It was way too high, as Dr. Blackmore could tell right away when I went back the next day. She made the filling lower, but a month later I am experiencing progressively worse pain, and my gums around the tooth are tender. As I have given Dr. Yamani's office two opportunities, I am going to another dentist and wish to show the new dentist the x-ray that was taken before the filling. Dr. Yamani's office intention to charge me $40 for the copy of the x-ray under these circumstances is exceedingly bad customer service.
