Dr. Tsai is the best dentist I have ever had. He's very patient and gental. He always takes time to communicate with me and explain the procedure to me thoroughly. I was very impressed by the fact that he called me a couple days later to see if eveyrthing is ok and if I have any questions. I give him two thumbs up!
