This office is so small and lacks confidentiality as you are giving a history to the receptionist in a treatment room but you can be seen and heard by everyone in the waiting room. I was very conscious of this as I heard the whole history of the patient who was in the dental chair before me. The discount coupon gets you in there and then you have a very expensive treatment plan at the end of the day. The dental cleaning is done by the dentist and was not completed by the end of the 3rd appointment. When I was booking for further appointment and asking when the cleaning would be completed, there was always the answer that there would not be time at the next appointment....therefore after the 3rd appointment and booking for the 4th, I got the same answer so decided not to continue with the rest of my treatment. Then I kept getting called by the office to book a cleaning. Messages were left at my home, office and cell phone repeatedly even though I had let the office know that I would not be returning.
