After spending thousands of dollars out of pocket (no insurance), my crowns have chipped into pieces. They are barely 2 yrs old. When asked about her replacing them, she was VERY hateful and said that she would only do them AFTER I gave her $800, for just one of them. When I had initially called to explain the situation to the receptionist, she said that they would have to look at it to make sure I didn't chew on gravel. RED FLAG!!!! I am an adult and know better than to put rocks in my mouth. After telling a few people of my situation, I have found out about 4 other people with similar stories. She does not stand behind her work and is only out for money. When discussing this matter with the front desk, they said that I could speak with the person in charge of billing. The person in charge of that is her HUSBAND. I would rather pay another dentist to fix Lori Smiths horrible work, than to pay her to fix it and risk going through this in another couple of years.
