I am totally disappointed with this doctor's office. Last week I had a confirmation call about my appointment for today. And today morning after driving for an hour to the doctor's office, I was told there wasn't any appointment made for me; There was a system crash and so my appointment got deleted. I wonder what kind of business these guys are doing without having backups of the records of their patients? They had my name, phone number and my appointment time written in a book. If my appointment was canceled I should have been told about it yesterday itself and definitely not after I go to the doctor's office. The front desk (lady) was so bitchy and was irresponsibly giving me some lame excuses. When I tried to talk to the doctor she didn't let me talk to the him even for a minute. She was lying a lot and was totally unprofessional.
This place had always been messy like this. They have a policy according to which a patient would be charged if he/she cancels an appointment without 24 hour notice. What if the doctor's office does the same to the patient like what happened to me? You will not even have anybody to question about this except for the bitchy front desk.
