Of the four dentists in the Denver/Aurora area that we've used Dr. Nguyen is by far the most outstanding. He is extremely skilled and knowledgeable and accurately predicted a number of future issues with my children when others said everything was just fine. He has beautiful technique, good "bedside manner", profound knowledge of various cranio-facial issues, does quick pain-free work, and most importantly has TV's on the ceilings to help distract or calm the children! :)
My kids LOVE him and (I am not making this up) begged to have him back after an insurance change forced us to go to somebody else for a while.
Dr. Nguyen had trouble in the past when he employed an incompetent office staff member who nearly ruined his business. When he purchased and moved to a new office she never called and informed his patients, was rude to people, billed incorrectly and many parents became upset and left as a result. However poor a businessman/judge of character/manager he may have been in the past, as a dentist Dr. Nguyen is PEERLESS. My husband used to do pediatric ENT surgery and is horribly hard-to-please but he thinks the world of Dr. Nguyen as well.
