Office policy only cares about money per the Dr. They can cancel and reschedule you last minute, but they demand 48hr sign paper of they charge $50 each time and after 2nd time they will no longer confirm an appointment. If you refuse to sign, they will not schedule you and tell you that you can call in each morning to see if there is an opening. This after being bumped another week for child and after Dr advised not only cavities but a root canal was needed! They do not waver on their charging policy when asked either, no matter the circumstances. That means money is more important than their customers, especially children! Despicable practice attitude. But guess he has the money he wants and the richer customers, which his actions via his staff has proven. Wasted our time and now have to look again as quick as possible to take care of childs 'emergency' needs (which rescheduled us for someone else that had an 'emergency' apparently) Pick and chooses? Apparently.
About Front Desk: Condescending and incompetent. Had to go ask the Dr several times about policy and when explained to her, she just smiles and said, she understand, but its policy. If dont sign, you cant get a scheduled apptment and you would just need to call in each day to see if there is an opening - not practical for children in school, parents on disability, and near emergency situation where root canal was quoted 'needed' by Dr. Not sure she even told the Dr the circumstances but obviously didnt care as she said, sorry, its policy. Aka money is more important than customers.

About Hygienist: She was wonderful, friendly, gentle with child. Great person, shame working for a money hungry, thoughtless Dr (it is his private practice and he makes the rules).
