I had an implant done and a cap. The procedures were practically painless and the finished result is wonderful! However, he is not a preferred provider, so the out-of-pocket expenses are outrageous. I felt like fees kept popping up and the overall cost exceeded the original estimate. The process also took way longer than we anticipated.

About Front Desk: They were annoying. They could be more acknowledgeable about insurance coverage. On a positive note, they were well versed with the dental procedures.
