Very pleased with the doctor and staff. I recommend her for those who value their teeth and smile, want to know everything before sitting down in dentist's chair and don’t’ want any hidden surprises. I needed a lot of work done on my teeth from root canal to fillings, crowns and veneers and they explained all costs, patient portion and treatment plans in writing and up front. They have a full disclosure policy and asked for my signature authorization before each treatment and gave me copies of my signed treatment plans. I arrived early for my appointment a few times and noticed they did the same for every one else. They also submitted my claim to my insurance company for me. I asked for copies of the claim forms for my records and they provided them as well as copies of my x-rays. They disclosed everything up front including what if my insurance doesn't pay. As a lawyer, I appreciated their full disclosure policy and their honesty and recommend Dr. Nadji and her staff.
About Hygienist: Diane was very gentle on my gums and very helpful in educating me about proper brushing and hygiene. Helped with scheduling my follow-up visits and called me to remind me of my appointment.
